Lakme CC Complexion Care Cream – I am a big fan of CC Creams. I love them because they are perfect to be used for everyday affairs. They are not that heavy on your face and look quite natural yet cover your flaws. Of course, CC creams are not meant for girls who require heavy coverage on their faces. It is only meant for those who require light to medium coverage. But since I don’t have any such major face issues thus CC creams are perfect for me. Lakme CC Cream comes in an easy and fuss free packaging. It comes in a tube which is medium-sized and fits easily inside the purse. This makes the CC cream quite travel friendly. Also, the product details are mentioned on the back of the tube which is quite informative for the users. Also, the tube has a tight cap at the top which when enclosed would make sure that the product will not come out and thus it is 100% safe while travelling.
Shades :
Now, coming to the cream itself. Lakme CC Cream comes in four different shades – beige, honey, bronze and almond. Today I am reviewing the shade bronze for you all as I find the shade closest for my tanned and Indian skin tone. Beige being the lightest and almond being the darkest shade of Lakme CC Cream.
Texture :
Let’s talk about the texture of Lakme CC Cream. Lakme CC Cream has a creamy texture which is easily bendable on your hands and face. The cream gets dissolved on your skin and thus it is very light weight and thus extremely comfortable to apply. It is light moisturizing and thus you won’t need to apply a moisturizer underneath unless you have a very dry skin. In winters of course you need to apply a moisturizer underneath as per your skin type.
Coverage :
The coverage of the CC Cream is medium to bendable. It will cover minor flaws on your skin and thus you can easily use this CC cream if you think that your face does not require much of a coverage. But if you have a problematic face then this is not the one for you.
Finish :
Lakme CC Complexion Care Cream sets into a semi-matte finish. I like this type of finish for daily use. They are not overly dewy and thus look very comfortable on the face.
Staying Power :
Longevity wise Lakme CC cream survived on me for an entire day. With sweat and sun, the CC cream begins to fade away but if you are staying in an AC environment then this will definitely last much longer.
